Pfalz D-III

Pfaltz airplane model. In August 1917, the German Air Force introduced the sturdy and dependable Pfalz D.III to their fighter units. Alongside the Albatros D.Va and Fokker D.VII, this model, along with its upgraded version, played a key role in restoring Germany's dominance in the skies against the Allies. While not the most formidable fighter of its time, the Pfalz D.III was unmatched in diving speed and effectively used to take down observation balloons.
