Shipping policy
In stock items are shipped within a few business days of order confirmation. If you have a specific deadline, you need to let us know immediately. Shipping costs include packing materials and insurance. You are notified by e-mail when your item is shipped. It may take 3-14 business days for delivery depending on your location and the method selected. We have no control over the actual delivery dates or times. There could be conditions (weather, equipment breakdowns, labor issues, customs) that may delay delivery, and those issues are beyond our control. If delays occur, we do not refund any cost of postage. Customers outside of the USA are responsible for any duties or customs charges. If you order includes several items, they may not all arrive on the same day. Out of stock items are placed on back-order status and ship upon availability. Costs are determined using 'dimensional weight' standards. This means the weight along with the size of the box are used for postage costs to include insurance, etc. We are unable to 'combine shipping' as each item is individually box and thus, the dimensional weight will remain the same.
Custom projects take 15-24 weeks to produce excluding shipment times.

If you need an item by a certain date, please inform us of your timeline immediately. We understand that on occasion you may let a special event creep up on you without finding that perfect gift. We make every effort to maintain a constant inventory of our products and will be happy to overnight express ship your item, if at all possible, at additional cost. Please contact us with the item(s) you need and when you need them (include your phone number). We will do everything possible to assist you in a stressful situation!
Any damage caused during the shipping process must be reported to us within three (3) working days of delivery.
