Air Canada 767-300 airplane model. Launched alongside the Model 757, the Boeing Model 767 featured a novel fuselage design that was 4 feet 1 inch wider, allowing for seven or eight-abreast seating across two aisles. In a high-density configuration with eight-abreast seating, the aircraft could seat up to 289 passengers. The inaugural Model 767 was unveiled in Everett, Washington, on August 4, 1981, and completed its first flight, lasting 2 hours and 4 minutes, on September 26th.
