FedEx Falcon 20 jet airplane model. The Falcon 20 Fed Ex represents Dassault's crowning achievement in business aviation, with over 500 aircraft produced in the Mystere/Falcon 20 and 200 series. Born from a strategic partnership between Sud Aviation and Dassault in the late 1950s, this revolutionary jet first took to the skies on May 4, 1963. While the prototype initially featured Pratt & Whitney JT12A8 turbojets, production models were upgraded to powerful General Electric CF700 engines, with the first GE-powered version launching on January 1, 1965.
